Job Title: Director, Oncology Partnerships & Market Development (EU)

Summary:
The Director of Oncology Partnerships & Market Development (EU) is responsible for leading key partnerships with academic institutions and network groups to enable guideline-enabling clinical trials supporting Signatera reimbursement and clinical adoption. Leveraging a strong scientific oncology background and commercial expertise, this role focuses on expanding the utilization of MRD testing to oncology patients globally.

Primary Responsibilities

Partnership Development:

Identify and build strategic collaborations with global thought leaders and consortia groups. Execute clinical development strategies leading to regulatory approvals, guideline inclusion, and reimbursement.

Strategic Contributions:

Provide cross-functional expertise to support the global clinical development strategy for Signatera across various indications. Translate interactions between medical, clinical, and commercial environments into long-term, sustainable diagnostic evidence strategies.

Engagement:

Work closely with clinical, advocacy, regulatory, and pathway organizations to assess dynamics affecting current and future MRD testing utilization.

Collaboration and Execution:

Effectively collaborate internally and with external partners to execute agreements and drive impactful results. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Scientific and Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of oncology diagnostics and biomarker evidence development. Proficiency in oncology medical device and drug product lifecycle development strategies, including regulatory approval and global commercialization. Expertise in global Precision Oncology study execution and regulatory frameworks.

Strategic and Commercial Acumen:

Proven experience in developing commercial launch and market access strategies for molecular diagnostics. Comprehensive knowledge of the Precision Oncology ecosystem.

Relationship Building:

Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Experience with cooperative group trials is preferred.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment. Qualifications

Education:

PhD and/or MD, or another advanced degree with relevant experience from a top-tier university. Preference for candidates with a robust oncology background.

Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in business development, medical affairs, market access, product management, or strategic marketing in diagnostics or biopharma. Demonstrated success as a collaborator, both internally and externally.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work remotely within the US. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Key Attributes Strong scientific and strategic thinking skills. Effective communicator and negotiator. Results-driven with a commitment to fostering collaboration. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
