POSITION SUMMARY:
Director, Online Gaming is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of online gaming at City of Dreams Manila.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Development online gaming
2. Coordination
3. Data analytics for online platform
4. Recommend product mix and product changes.
5. Recommend marketing and promotions.
6. Promote robust regulatory compliance.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Go live with an online gaming offering starting from ground zero.
2. Generate positive EBITDA.
3. Deliver clean audits and regulatory compliance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Senior level experience in online gaming across multiple jurisdictions
2. Understanding of online gaming markets
II. Education
Master’s degree preferred, BS Degree acceptable, or over 5 years of senior online
gaming experience in a leadership role.
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Broad knowledge of online gaming industry
2. Ability to work with different teams to get product launched.

1. Understanding of online gaming technology platforms
2. Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and international.
