Director, Operations and Implementation (Integration Strategic Performance Management)We are seeking a Director of Operations and Implementation to ensure the successful execution of multiple distinct deliverables across various departments, including HR, finance, legal, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, be adept at navigating complex relationships and processes, and possess a metrics-driven mindset to drive on-time completion, budget management, and business targets.
The Director, Operations and Implementation, will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of multiple distinct deliverables that are not always connected. This role requires a corporate athlete who can navigate the complexities of our organization, handle complex relationships and processes, and get up to speed on numerous projects quickly. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure governance, quick decision-making, and effective escalation paths.
What you'll do:Ensure the execution of multiple distinct deliverables across various departments.Work with HR, finance, legal, and business teams to drive governance and make quick decisions.Establish and manage escalation paths to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure on-time completion of milestones.Drive business targets, such as improving customer satisfaction, associate engagement, and compliance remediation.Handle several stakeholder relationships and get up to speed on projects quickly.Know what levers to pull to ensure successful execution of projects.What you'll bring:Strong program management with PMO experience.Ability to handle multiple distinct deliverables.Experience working with HR, finance, legal, and business teams.Strong understanding of governance and escalation paths.Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on on-time completion, budget management, and business targets.Ability to get up to speed on a lot of projects quickly.Preferred Experience:

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
