Director, Operations Finance

The Director of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring Red River employees have the tools, processes, and insights they need to succeed. This role oversees sales analytics, CRM management, and process optimization to enable predictable and scalable revenue growth. The Director of Operations will have proven experience in sales data analysis and business process architecture. Providing exceptional customer service to external customers and our internal sales organization is paramount. Critical job functions of the Director of Operations include providing accurate forecasting of pipeline opportunities and understanding all elements of the quote to cash process. 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Standardize and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams.Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales cycle and implement solutions to reduce friction.Drive forecast accuracy through data integrity, tool utilization, and pipeline knowledge

Technology and CRM Management:

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance sales productivity and reporting capabilities.

Analytics and Reporting:

Provide actionable insights to leadership by analyzing sales performance and pipeline metrics.Create and maintain dashboards to track sales trends, team performance, and forecasts.Generate ad-hoc sales/financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team on operational matters.Daily interactions with CRO, Sales VP’s, Sales Directors, AEs, SEs and FinanceProactively manage and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and processes consistent within the organization.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in CRM systems and sales automation tools.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Proven track record of process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
