This individual will lead and oversee the change management strategy and initiatives driven by the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with McCain Foods' business objectives and sustainable growth. The role will work cross-functionally and across regions and teams to manage the impact of our change initiatives and build a culture of agility and continuous improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for the implementation.Identify potential risks and resistance points and develop targeted mitigation plans.Establish reinforcement mechanisms and celebrate successes to sustain change efforts, involving system implementation consultants in recognition and celebration activities.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus. leading global Operations Transformation initiatives.Expertise in change management, with a deep understanding of how to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes across diverse teams.Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.Able to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with confidence and tact.Champions and leads organizational change, ensuring that the strategic goals are met with high standards of business value and innovation.
