In this role, you will supervise a regional team of Administrative Supervisors, Program Coordinators, and Clinical Providers to ensure optimal team performance and program operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing hiring, performance improvement, and budgeting while fostering a collaborative environment. Pending approval from the system’s Licensure Committee, the position may also include the ability to provide clinical supervision for individuals in training.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of Administrative Supervisors, Program Coordinators, and Clinical Providers to achieve departmental and individual goals.
Oversee hiring, privileging, performance improvement, and evaluation of direct reports.
Participate in preparing and monitoring budgets for areas of responsibility.
Review and revise standard operating procedures in alignment with accrediting bodies and organizational guidelines.
Coordinate the annual review of staff job descriptions.
Contribute to and monitor progress on department strategic goals, including reporting to executive leadership or the board.
Ensure adherence to productivity expectations, including direct client care and appointment coordination.
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation aligned with best practices.
Participate in emergency services and crisis response as needed.
Serve as a resource for community referrals and maintain knowledge of local resources.
Participate in peer review, staff development activities, and departmental meetings.
Support Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle procedures.
Present educational materials to promote mental health awareness in public forums.
Contribute to program evaluation, grant applications, and contract maintenance as requested.
Complete all required training and participate in self and staff evaluations.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and correspondence effectively.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Logical reasoning skills for solving problems and following instructions.
Ability to motivate and lead teams, manage change, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Communicate strategic direction and engage team members in achieving goals.
Provide leadership and guidance across all departmental functions.
Monitor and support the development and execution of strategic objectives.
Address team member challenges with respect and professional discretion.
Champion organizational change and manage the implementation of new initiatives.
