The Director, Partner Enablement will be responsible for the Partner facing enablement activities to ensuresuccessful deployments and help clients realise “Time to Value” goals including the adoption of best practices,valid deployment methodology and working within the defined Saviynt processes. In addition, the PartnerEnablement Director drives strategic global initiatives within Saviynt based on a wide range of data and metricsto manage costs, identify risks, highlight cross sell/up sell opportunities and general business processimprovements.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThrough regular cadence with key partners:-Gather feedback to drive continual improvements with Saviynt processes, community tools and systems.Understand partner’s strategic goals and advise on how to achieve themFeedback to partner on how they can improve their “Ways of working” based on information gathered from the field as well as internal data metricsWorking with CSMs, TAMs and Expert Services to build a picture of a partner’s strengths and weaknesses as well as projects at riskTrack go-live dates in your region, identify aged/deferred go-lives at riskFor projects/go-lives at risk, identify causes and recommend possible interventions (Expert Services, Support Operations escalation, CSM/TAM ownership)Profile partners by geography, experience and performance to assist Partner Directors and Sales Directors with recommendations to clients. Data points include – No. of successful deployments, No. trained/certified resources, Saviynt Solutions contributions.Monitor and measure partner’s engagement with Freshdesk, Forums, Documentation Portal, Ideas Portal and Saviynt ExchangeFrom data driven analysis, identify trends at a regional and global level and devise strategies for field teams to adoptAttend Partner Focused events and either present on related topics or host workshops to share knowledge increase partner engagementCreate content for quarterly Partner Newsletter that adds value to the partner’s capabilities and knowledgeSupport the Partner Director in managing the partners performance with evidential facts to enable a robust dialogueChallenge the Status Quo and identify areas for improvement both externally with partners and internally with functional teamsCommunicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap Managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities Driving expansion opportunities Negotiating contracts and pricingWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s/ equivalent in Engineering10+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance productsThorough domain knowledge in all areas of IAGUser Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and ReconciliationDirect customer or partner interaction and management skillsStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to present and communicate at an executive levelMust be able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
