Director of New Partner Marketing is a critical role within the broader client teams, responsible for consumer-backed insight management, creative development processes, and acquisition priorities that drive growth within our client accounts. This individual is an established leader with a focus on prioritization of efforts based on a demonstrated understanding of value levers.
Expert at developing relationships across functional partners, effectively influencing and managing at all levels and areas of expertise. A sense of curiosity and interest in others’ roles and skillsets, and how to work collaboratively, are musts for this individual.Proven capability to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including owned, earned, and paid channels. Skilled in building and driving customer insight feedback loops in partnership with research and UX experts.Experience and expert-level understanding of digital and e-commerce best practices, including experience with experimentation and web labs approaches, testing and learning agendas, and analyzing and communicating results to a broad set of stakeholders.Attention to detail and understanding of project management, timelines, and a keen eye for dependencies is required for this role. This individual will be a hands-on leader and must be comfortable with driving projects individually, managing assets and submitting requests, reviewing and approving content, and maintaining an eye for detail. Individual contribution is expected – rolling up our sleeves and getting into the details is part of the Asurion Way.Ability to understand the bigger strategic goals and “what’s next” while maintaining excellence and timeliness on day-to-day efforts. This includes gathering market and industry research, facilitating best practice marketing playbooks, and telling compelling stories about our products and capabilities.Experience with and understanding of the creative process, creative direction, and brand development and management. Must have a deep understanding of classical marketing approaches, along with the ability to adapt to the Asurion client team model and apply marketing rigor to our go to market activities.Keen understanding of marketing, sales, and growth analytics and capacity to continuously learn in partnership with analytics partners. This individual must be comfortable setting and challenging KPIs, quickly interpreting data, and understanding patterns and trends in both actual performance and research data.Capacity to quickly grasp client priorities and goals, adapt as these priorities change, and transition efforts in response to learnings. This person must be flexible and understanding, as we embark on new growth efforts, pilot new capabilities, and explore new channels.Lastly and most importantly, an unwavering focus on the customer. This person must always champion the research, data, and understanding we have of customers and how they discover, understand, use, and love Asurion’s services.
