Reporting to Global Vice President of People, the Director People – Strategic Projects will be responsible for the operational management of strategic People team projects, M&A activities, provide HRBP support to business on escalated matters. This role will support HR Leadership, working in collaboration with the People Team, Centers of Excellence (COE)s and potential acquired entities with overall responsibility as follows:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of Human Capital/People Team experience 3+ years M&A experience with a focus on Human Capital/People integrations Project management experience using data and information to make business decisions Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Breadth of experience across different lines of business and different types of transaction Self-Starter and takes initiative.
