The role will support key stakeholders to reduce noise, streamline processes, look forward with strategic vision, and turn ambiguous asks into actionable projects and programs.
The Director, People Analytics plays a critical role in leveraging data to drive strategic Global People and organizational decisions, ensuring that workforce strategies are aligned with business goals. This role is essential in today’s data-driven world, where organizations must make informed decisions about talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement. By leading a team of analytics professionals, this role translates complex workforce data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to address challenges such as turnover, diversity, and productivity. The scope of this role spans from establishing robust data governance to delivering predictive analytics and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
**What you get to do in this role:**
+ Data Strategy Development: Define and maintain a roadmap for People Insights initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR and business strategies.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with HR and business leaders to identify pressing challenges and opportunities where data insights can drive impact.
+ Analytics Oversight: Guide the development of predictive models, dashboards, and reports to address workforce trends such as turnover, employee engagement, and inclusion
+ Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of analysts, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback to develop their skills.
+ Insight Presentation: Present data findings and actionable insights to executives and Global People leaders through visualizations, storytelling, and strategic recommendations.
+ Collaborative Projects: Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and other departments to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
+ Tool Optimization: Evaluate and implement analytics tools, technologies, and systems to enhance the team’s capabilities.
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
+ Years of experience: 4+ years leading people analytics teams
+ Excel mastery is a must
+ Experience with building out and driving development of dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI or a similar BI tool
+ Preferably, you would also have experience leading people analytics at a large organization
