Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven People Business Partner to support our Advertising organization of roughly 400 employees, based in New York. This role partners directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive key people initiatives that align with business priorities, including organization design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions, you will co-create strategies that enhance employee experience, retention, and performance, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
