As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering to develop and execute people strategies that fuel business success, drive talent growth, and enhance organizational resilience. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent, while building the workforce of the future.
This role supports Adaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) portfolio of our Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance solutions (C4ISRS) businessand report directly to the C4ISRS Senior Director, Human Resources.
This position is a hybrid role based out of Hudson, NH with 25% travel to key locations including Fort Wayne, IN; Wayne, NJ; Dallas, TX; and other New Hampshire campuses. The role offers a blend of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility, ensuring impact across multiple sites. This position can also be remote with a higher percentage of travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement an agile, forward-thinking people strategy that aligns with business goals, supports workforce growth, and embraces the future of work.
+ Orchestrate key talent movement, ensuring succession planning and leadership pipelines are robust and aligned with business needs.
+ Partner with leaders to evaluate and optimize organizational design, enhancing agility, collaboration, and efficiency.
+ Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions that enhance business continuity and team effectiveness.
+ Serve as a trusted HR advisor, coaching senior leaders on team dynamics, organizational strategies, and leadership effectiveness.
+ Drive a culture of high performance, helping leaders build engaged, motivated, and high-achieving teams.
+ Provide data-driven insights that empower leaders to make informed talent decisions and drive business impact.
+ Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy best-in-class solutions in talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership development, high performance culture, and performance management.
+ Champion performance development strategies, equipping leaders with the tools to effectively assess, develop, and retain top talent.
+ Navigate employee relations matters with strategic insight, balancing business needs with a people-first mindset.
+ Serve as a member of the C4ISRS HR Business Partner team, actively partnering with other team members across the function and business to drive innovative, strategic, and consistent people strategies across Electronic Systems sector.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 12 Years with BS OR 10 Years with MS OR 6 Years with PhD
+ Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Proven HR leadership experience in a strategic business partner role, supporting organizations of 500 employees.
+ Strong track record of coaching senior leaders and shaping workforce strategies that drive measurable business results.
+ Experience working for a government defense contractor highly preferred.
+ Business acumen: ability to align people strategies with business priorities, influence leadership through impactful and data driven storytelling, and drive impact in a matrix environment.
+ HR expertise: deep knowledge of talent management, total rewards, performance development, learning and development, and organization effectiveness.
+ Data-driven mindset: analytical ability to interpret workforce trends, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
+ Project leadership: strong prioritization and execution skills, ensuring HR initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes.
+ Change leadership: capability to guide organizations through transformation, fostering resilience and adaptability.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
