Job Summary
In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll partner closely with Human Resources to develop and execute strategic internal communications that engage, inform, and inspire our team members.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Executive Communications, Content and Events, you’ll lead a talented team dedicated to supporting team member and change management communications campaigns.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead the People & Culture Communications team, developing strategic thinkers and trusted communications counselors who excel in collaboration and execution.Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that strengthen Walgreens’ relationship with its team members and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.Seize opportunities for proactive and reactive team member engagement, leveraging an understanding of team member sentiment, current events, and the external environment.Counsel senior leaders to support corporate and culture initiatives, advancing business priorities through effective communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and uncover opportunities for innovative storytelling.Support integrated communications campaigns that have enterprise-wide impact, reinforcing the company’s strategy and business priorities.Guide and oversee Walgreens Business Resource Group communications, providing counsel and governance oversight while highlighting critical milestones and initiatives.

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
