Introduction:
As the Director of Photolithography Module, you will be at the forefront of our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians, overseeing the development and optimization of photolithography techniques that are critical to the production of advanced semiconductor devices. Your expertise will drive improvements in yield, efficiency, and quality, ensuring that GlobalFoundries remains a leader in the industry.
What You Will Do
Lead, manage, and be responsible for the photolithography module operation resources, as well as ensure the proper planning of manpower resources (right hiring to meet fab ops needs)
Set goals, track, and drive performance indicators for the module, ensure good communication/passdown of Company and Fab direction to the ground level
Drive improvement activities in the Fab to enhance productivity, increase efficiency and improve quality performance
Ensure good maintenance systems and process applications of the module
Ensure product delivery performance fulfills customer requirements
Manage production cycle time, work in progress (WIP) and inventory
Drive towards reducing manufacturing costs
Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key customers and sub-contractors
Plan and forecast annual capital & expense budgeting of the Fab to align with Company direction.
Be responsible for and plan for succession for all critical management positions in the Fab
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate photolithography advancements into overall manufacturing workflows.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in photolithography within the semiconductor industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
