Position Overview:

*This position is eligible to work from home within the Sutter Health Northern California footprint.

Oversees all portfolio and project management activities for Enterprise Business Systems (\"EBS\") within Sutter Digital Services. Manage key projects, programs, initiatives within Enterprise Business Systems and oversees delivery components for technology-related projects within EBS. Works closely with functional stakeholders to develop, advance and executive on digital opportunities enabling improved and automated business processes. Develops, implements, and maintains strategies, processes, tools and methodologies to support ongoing project management activities and oversees the management of scope, issues, risks, work plans, communications, resources and budget (capital and operating) within assigned large projects. Also leads change management, training development, organization adoption, and methodology controls. Advises and coordinates information and activity across EBS, functional area stakeholders, and executives on project status, resources. Provides leadership and direction for resources and ensures alignment with functional needs and EBS / Digital Serivices strategy. Serves as a liaison to senior leadership as well as to internal and external user groups. Responsible for ensuring proper application of standard Sutter and Digital Services project management methodology, tools, and templates. Participates in project performance reporting, including trends, service levels, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as early identification of portfolio-level and program-level risks that are impacting performance, and formulating recommendations for prioritizing action needed.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent education/experience

PMP-Project Management Professional Upon Hire

Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour. Sacramento Valley Area Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range is $94.32 to $150.90 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package. ​
