Mission:

We are seeking a PMO Planning Director to lead the coordination of operational roadmaps and enhance performance across multiple sites within the Fab network. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting the exchange of projects, successful approaches, and valuable experiences to elevate Taiwan's operations to a world-class standard.

Responsibility:Planning and Leadership:

Provide accurate, real-time information to site and Fab directors to inform strategic direction.

Lead with confidence during uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines.

Foster a culture of collaboration, advancing and resolving key issues, including cost and resource challenges.

Motivate and challenge teams to improve organizational efficiency and site operations.

Building Collaborative Relationships:

Foster effective collaboration with key collaborators, ensuring their input is integrated for continuous program management improvement.

Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships across departments, both internally and externally.

Business Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in business processes to enhance flexibility and responsiveness within Taiwan’s Fab operations.

Drive initiatives aligning site processes with broader company goals, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

Work closely with sponsors to research and address factors impacting operations and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

Planning & Reporting:

Apply advanced knowledge of planning procedures and programs to drive operational excellence.

Collaborate with the SPMO network to develop infrastructure for aligned reporting of metrics and strategic roadmaps.

Present and explain issues and improvement initiatives to diverse audiences across the site, ensuring transparency and engagement at all levels.

Process Stewardship:

Act as the Site Process Steward, engaging in business process reviews, implementing standard tools, and driving compliance with corporate standards.

Organize and lead process audits, maintaining site-specific process artifacts as required.

Serve as the point of contact for communication between corporate, central groups, and local sites, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Leverage critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills to provide strategic insights guiding business direction.

Promote innovation and challenge the status quo, encouraging the adoption of new ideas and leading change initiatives.

Contribute to ongoing discussions in Centers of Excellence, promoting the continuous improvement of standard methodologies.

Metrics & Compliance:

Conduct regular reviews with site leadership, reporting on process performance and finding opportunities for improvement.

Ensure the adoption of standard methodologies across sites, supporting compliance through effective audits and regular communication.

Core Competencies:Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from various regions and departments.Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, operational strategies, and the ability to translate concepts into actionable deliverables.Collaboration: Ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels and across geographical boundaries.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, planning, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with collaborators and inspire change.Innovation & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to foster innovation, take risks, and challenge established processes to improve outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of applicable experience in project/program management, planning, or operations management.Strong conflict management and negotiation skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and make independent decisions.
