Position: Director, Process Excellence

Job Description:

As a Director, Process Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development projects Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and budgets Ensure that projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Project Management) Proven experience as a Product Development Project Manager or similar role Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
