Here, we’re family. **About the Role** The Director of P2M leads, manages, and supports the execution of Old Navy’s end-to-end product development process pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Director of Old Navy Product Transformation, this role operates within a highly matrixed global organization, collaborating across key functions, including Design, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Tech Design, Quality Assurance, Fabric Research, and Global Sourcing. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless product flows, meeting key milestones, and driving product-to-market (P2M) success. **What You'll Do** + Lead the creation of the Annual Brand Calendar and Seasonal Pipeline Calendars in partnership with key functional stakeholders. + Strategize, implement, and operationalize continuous process improvements and transformation initiatives, including Digital Product Creation (DPC). + Drive process simplification and efficiency projects across all functions, such as Design, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Tech Design, Quality Assurance, Fabric Research, and Global Sourcing. + Define, communicate, and clarify decision rights, objectives, and milestone outcomes in cross-functional meetings. + Monitor and manage product process health and adherence to key milestone deliverables in collaboration with functional operations leaders. + Lead process-related communication, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) models, and organizational change management. + Manage ad hoc special projects in support of brand-wide initiatives. + Oversee coordination and project management of transformation initiatives such as Digital Product Creation (DPC). **Who You Are** + 10+ years of experience in apparel product development, supply chain, production, management consulting, and/or consumer products. + Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment. + Strong collaborative work ethic with experience driving projects across multiple departments. + Adaptable and resourceful problem solver, capable of quickly identifying and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment. + Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. + Deep knowledge of product development best practices and industry trends. + Demonstrated ability to think globally, translate insights into effective strategies, and drive measurable results. + Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. + Expertise in change management, operational strategy, and process transformation. + Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and facilitate meetings effectively. + Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to collaborate at all levels of the organization. + Exceptional analytical, decision-making, troubleshooting, mediation, and negotiation abilities. + Proven experience in driving change beyond direct areas of control. **Benefits at Old Navy** + Merchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta, and 30% off at Outlet for all employees. + One of the most competitive Paid Time Off plans in the industry.* + Employees can take up to five “on the clock” hours each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice.* + Extensive 401(k) plan with company matching for contributions up to four percent of an employee’s base pay.* + Employee stock purchase plan.* + Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.* + See more (https://corporate.gapinc.com/en-us/careers/gap-inc-careers/gap-inc-benefits) of the benefits we offer. _*For eligible employees_ Gap Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. Salary Range: $154,800 - $205,000 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
