You will be responsible for managing the Product Finance Engineer team for North America, ensuring both local and global deliveries. Your role will involve leading the Product Cost Management process at the vehicle level, from early development to maintenance phases. **Responsibilities** + Lead, engage and support the people around you. + Lead the Product Cost Management process at vehicle level (Chassis & Vehicle Dynamic, Cab, Electricity & Electronic) from early development phase to maintenance phase. + Securing product cost deliveries in Vehicle Streams and in Product Projects. + Further developing the collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing and other line organizations involved in the development process to optimize the product cost of our products securing Volvo Group profitability.. + Developing an efficient PFE team and secure high competence level in product cost management. + Contributing to the development of processes and IT tools. + Driving and fostering a product cost culture within Engineering. **Your future team** Controlling & Product Finance (C&PF) plays a crucial role in ensuring long-term profitability for the truck division. As the Product Finance Engineer (PFE) Director for North America, you will join the NA Controlling and Product Finance management team. Your responsibility includes managing the PFE team in North America. You will also be part of the global PFE management team, which operates in Sweden, France, Brazil, India, and the United States. **Who are you?** Do you dream big?
