The Director of Product Management for Consumer Lending oversees the development, implementation, and management of consumer lending products. This role combines strategic vision and operational excellence, responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, product strategy alignment with business goals, and ensuring competitiveness within the lending landscape.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
This is a HYBRID/ON-SITE Role - Minimum of 3 days per week in office - either in Miami or Boston.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or equivalent field. (Req)
Master's Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field. (Pref)

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
