About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 About the Role: The Team: The Director of Product Management for S&P Global’s Research, Sales, & Trading team is responsible for facilitating the development of projects that meet the needs of our clients and the markets they serve. You will play a meaningful role working with clients, other product managers, business leads, and other internal stakeholders to define and prioritize roadmaps and ensure the development organization is equipped to deliver on them. You will oversee and evolve the team’s rigorous product management practices and pave the way for future and ongoing business growth across a multitude of partners. The Director of Product Management will be a senior product manager to help craft and manage the scope of the future of our Research, Sales, & Trading products that includes BigDough Solutions and Research Manager. You will help our clients as they engage in corporate access activities, event roadshows and conferences, and the management of research evaluation and payments. Responsibilities and Impact Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new and innovative products and features while testing their performance and iterating quickly. Work collaboratively multiple internal and external stakeholders including commercial leads, sales, and client success teams to plan roadmaps. Drive product development with world-class engineers and cross-functional team members including data scientists and user experience teams globally. Manage and grow a team of product managers, while also expanding existing product work streams. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Basic Required Qualifications At least 8 years of B2B product development experience. Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or equivalent experience required. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services or capital markets. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum; Knowledge of SAFe would be a plus. Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $222,500. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
