Job Description

As a Director, Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies to accelerate the growth of the Cell Sorting Technology business. CST creates innovative products that help researchers analyze and separate cells, generate data for analysis, and provide high throughput solutions for drug discovery and cancer research. This is an onsite role in Fort Collins, CO

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in scientific or business field and 10+ years related experience required.

Requirements:

8+ years’ experience in the life science/biotechnology industry vital Life Science Instrument product management experience strongly preferred5+ years of people leadership experience with track record of driving growth, strategic portfolio development and GTM excellenceDemonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsFlawless execution and attention to detailAmbitious and driven to compete in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $160,100.00–$240,125.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
