This leader will define the vision for customer accounts, ensuring seamless sign-in, authentication, and next-generation account experiences. You will collaborate with engineering, design, business, data science, marketing, and operations to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for customer account management experience.Lead a team of product managers to develop a roadmap that balances business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance customer trust and convenience.Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer experiences.Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align account features with broader business initiatives.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress, impact, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading teams in eCommerce, digital identity, or customer accounts.Proven ability to drive large-scale, consumer-facing product initiatives with measurable impact.Deep understanding of user authentication, identity management, and security best practices.Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.Experience with modern tech stacks, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
