Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for internal customer support tools, aligning with broader business objectives in the commerce space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data analytics, and customer support teams to identify needs, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation of internal tools.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor the performance of internal tools, driving continuous improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Team Development: Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centric product development.
Basic Qualifications
You have 12+ years of product management experience with a proven record of successfully launching products or platforms. Product management experience with direct-to-consumer products, subscription services, and international audiences is preferred. Experience with customer support processes or technology preferred.
You have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
You have the ability to rigorously prioritize while articulating your product roadmap across business teams and geographies.
You have a demonstrated understanding of good UX and copy; You’ve worked with product designers and copywriters to provide actionable & valuable feedback.
You demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
You communicate exceptionally well - from small group discussions to large-scale presentations, and through strong product memos that help drive alignment across multiple teams.
You have a history building high performing teams, leading and motivating them while supporting their career development through mentorship and professional guidance.
The hiring range for this position in in New York City area and Seattle, WA is $212,600-$285,100, and in San Francisco, CA is $222,200 - $297,900. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
