SUMMARY

As a RealPage Director Product Management, you are a senior-level strategic leader accountable to lead and own the vision, strategy, execution, and customer value delivery of one or more products. You will manage and mentor a large team of product managers and report to the VP, Product Management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Manage and mentors a larger team of Product Managers  Leads and owns 1-2 products or strategic product area within a portfolio (steps away from day to day and focuses on people mgmt)  Managing team budget and financial impact  Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap  Product lifecycle strategies (migration, sunset…)  Driving Product Introduction & Launch Readiness, including Enablement (multiple)  Product Impact & Customer Engagement (discovery, user groups) - multiple  Industry and Conference speaking and thought leadership for targeted product line (s) 

QUALIFICATIONS  

 9-12 or 12-15 years Industry specific domain experience and/or business/PM relevant   5+ or 7+ years management experience   Bachelor’s Degree
