What you’ll own

We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader who’s built and shaped product marketing teams at rapidly scaling tech companies. You are relationship-driven, creative, take pride in an extremely high level of execution and in your ability to create trusting relationships across product, marketing, sales, and more. You use data and customer insights to make decisions, lead with empathy, are passionate about infusing the Voice of Customer into all you do, and a leader who cares deeply about your team and nurturing great talent.

You’ll help shape the Payrix / Worldpay for Platforms narrative in market and ensure that we are innovative, creative and stand out.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market, this role is highly cross-functional and will require strong aptitude in short term execution of product launches and building and selling a long-term vision with our customers. You’ll be at the exciting intersection of strategic product roadmap decisions and a massive market transformation for our customers, leading a fast-paced marketing team that has the permission and mandate to think big.

End-to-end ownership of product marketing to partners, including defining the vision and strategy for driving attach rates and useBuild rigor and process for product launches, leading to increased awareness, usage, adoption and revenueCreate and continually refine messaging for our products, focusing on value to the customer and differentiating us in the marketIdentify ideal customer profile and build highly targeted messaging for our priority market segments and personasCollaborate with our GTM Enablement team to ensure all market-facing teams are trained and able to speak effectively about the challenges buyers face and how we can solve those problemsPartner with Product Management to inform product developmentGather, synthesize, and disseminate market and competitive intelligence throughout the organization in actionable wayLeverage win/loss analysis to create change to better meet the needs of the marketRepresent the voice of the market/customer in internal discussionsLead, manage, and mentor a growing product marketing teamYou're a top-tier product marketer with playbooks for messaging, positioning, customer stories, ROI models, ICPs, and other foundational elements for go-to-market strategyYou know how to move fast, make an impact, be scrappy and polished at the same timeYou are a relationships-first person and care deeply about your team, peers and partnersYou have a strong sense of personal responsibility and get in the weeds with your teamHighly articulate and able to work effectively in a matrixed organizationDemonstrated direct management experience with product marketersValues diversity, equity, and inclusion; will embrace and prioritize it, and make it part of your cultureArticulate and clear communicator that can successfully communicate across all levels within the organization, including business leadership and clientsPayments, FinTech or Financial Services market experience idealAmbitious and driven towards excellence

What you bring

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years of dedicated Product Marketing experience, including direct management experience with product marketersAbility to work across multiple disciplines, including Brand, Digital, Product Management, Content and Sales to drive successful, measurable outcomesExperience working in the B2B SaaS, payments and / or eCommerce space with a history of scaling B2B SaaS go-to-market motionsFamiliarity with marketing to small and mid-market businessesExperienced team leader with proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to scale product marketing’s impact Highly analytical with a strong understanding of ROI and how to prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights that support courses of actionAbility to listen and build authentic connections with customers and teammates, translating customer insights into actionable insights for the broader organizationPassion for working in and managing a fast-paced and collaborative environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Post-graduate education desired.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
