Director, Product - Medicare Platform
AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is looking for a Director of Product, Medicare Platform to improve the Medicare consumer’s shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap across multiple products, delivering value-added features, and personalizing the consumer experience based on data.

RVO is the world’s largest and fastest-growing digital health platform, with 1,400+ employees. At the core of RVO Health is Healthline Media and Distribution, a business that attracts nearly 90MM unique visitors per month in the US (#41 on Comscore’s top 50 list), and 200MM globally to its science and evidence-based, yet easy to understand content. Our Medicare platform is focused on improving the Medicare Advantage experience for the consumer, from plan enrollment to plan retention and across both online and telesales environments. We operate digital experiences in both the branded Payer and e-broker space.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap to scale existing product sets (e.g., product recommendation, lead-scoring and routing) and augment with new capabilities that help address unmet consumer pain points. Product Development: Lead product development, inclusive of creative problem-solving with engineers and data teams to bring forth a more personalized experience leveraging user-inputted and inferred data sets. Product Research: Conduct user research and competitive landscape analyses to inform product vision, strategies and roadmaps with a focus on the consumer and market differentiation. Product Design: Champion the strategy and direction for a consumer-centric design approach for the Medicare audience, working with creative teams to bring this vision to life. Product Acquisition: Partner to deliver yield optimization and testing strategies in coordination with our digital operations and marketing teams. What We’re Looking For Visionary product builder with a deep understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and preferences in the digital health and/or Medicare space. 3+ years of successful product management experience with significant involvement working with engineering, data, creative, and marketing teams Experience leveraging data to personalize consumer experiences in value-added ways (e.g., collecting inputs from the user, leveraging additional data sources, etc.) Willingness to collaborate with business leadership to challenge and align on business and financial objectives and KPIs that then fuel the product strategy A true growth-stage leader - one who loves that every day is different where no task is too small; an entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful Ability to be an active and collaborative thought partner

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

Starting Salary: $146,250 - $220,000
