The Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be passionate about, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. We are seeking a Senior Marketing leader to lead all aspects of the programming and execution of Retail Engagement and Marketing events and content across stores and online, including the Creative Production and in-store/online execution of internal and customer facing programs and content. **Description** In this role you will be responsible for the planning and creative production execution of content, events and programming that support Internal and Customer facing initiatives, campaigns, programs and launches. You are the expert on content and programming trends and innovations across retail. Apply this knowledge to deliver on critical initiatives and provide cross-functional Retail leadership and teams with actionable insights and recommendations based on industry trends and business performance. Ensure that strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals. Provide insights to produce successful campaigns, encourage evolution, and improve efficiency. Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations. Foster collaboration and innovation, ensuring we innovating on content formats, processes and tools/technology to support the evolving needs of the business. You will ensure we have robust practices in place to understand the performance and impact of all content, programs and projects the team is accountable for delivering. Lead the team responsible for all content production. You will bring new technologies and ways of working to the studios and look for ways to use resources across other studios at Apple. You will drive deep relationships with your creative partners to ensure the most effective and efficient way to build content across many mediums. Lead the Cross Functional Production and Operations team, responsible for the production of internal and external content as well as events, learning and development. This includes the team managing intake, resourcing, and the organization plan of record. You will build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional leaders and key worldwide partners. Your successful team will be deeply connected across the strategy and creative teams, ensuring we take advantage of the latest technologies to deliver on time and within budget. You will lead and develop a high performing team and lead by example in promoting inclusion and diversity within the team. Ensure these values are represented in all programs and initiatives, and actively participate in diversity and inclusion communities. **Minimum Qualifications** + 20+ years in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment. + 15+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing geography marketing teams and at least 5+ including senior level individual contributors. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + 15+ years of experience in worldwide strategic marketing and editorial across the Retail sector. + Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects, delivering on important metrics to drive impact for the company. + Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations. + Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact. + Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and crafting memorable content and programs across audiences. + Deep understanding of geography dynamics, consumer behaviors and competitive marketing landscapes. Able to use these insights to make informed, strategic decisions, anticipate market trends and pivot strategies as needed. + Experience managing creative production teams, specifically video, but also editorial, social media, audio and multi-media. + Experience across a variety of content production budgets and schedules. Proven ability to stay on budget and within schedule. + Experience working across geography and WW teams with successful outcomes for both regional and WW goals. + An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $242,300 and $388,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
