Your Role
The Director, Production Operations oversees the production management team and supports the overall day to day operations across the studio. They work directly with each production working on lot on a given day and ensure our production clients have the support they need while also looking after the overall interests of the company. The lot has on average 14 productions based here with a healthy mix of independent and third party production working across the facility, each with their own production challenges and logistics to work out. This role will work closely with the Director, Leasing and the Leasing team to assign contracted work to the production managers and supervise projects through final billing. They will also support scheduling and production logistics for WBD’s Global Publicity work taking place on the lot.
This role will work closely supporting our Studio Services teams as they schedule maintenance and repairs around the facility and supports the Special Events team as they coordinate event logistics around production activity. The Director, Lot Operations will also closely work alongside the Production Rentals team in supporting the individual needs of each rental department. This role will also support the needs of the Studio Tour as they navigate the studio facility.
The Director, Production Operations will oversee the Production Managers supporting the new Ranch Lot once it’s finished in Q1 2026 as well as support production logistics for that facility in addition to the main lot. Finally, this role will oversee and maintain accuracy of our booking and billing software, Xytech MediaPulse, and work alongside the finance team for weekly confirmation of lot activity.
Your Role
Coordinates production utilization of our facilities including scheduling and managing the Xytech calendar alongside the production managersWorking alongside Studio Services and Special Events to support scheduling logistics and maintenanceSupervises the managerial and clerical staff for main lot and ranch operations. Scheduling and oversight concerning logistics of Publicity, Tours, Special Events and all non-production related lot activity.Ranch Studios oversight. Oversee The Ranch operations and onsite coverage during vacations and on an as needed basis.Requirements & Experience

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $93,100.00 - $172,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
