Job DescriptionThe Strategic Clients Delivery (PMO) team within the Client Services organization is at the core of Visa’s mission to be the best way to pay and be paid for everyone, everywhere. We deliver the holistic product strategy and accelerate the seamless integration of our products into global markets. As a Program Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic team. You will be accountable for successful commercial launches of large complex programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to our Account Management teams, orchestrating and accelerating the delivery of Visa Products and Services through our Strategic Clients, including Big Techs, Fintechs, Merchants and Banks. Your strategic insight and leadership will be crucial in ensuring successful commercial launches, in close collaboration with internal Visa teams and key ecosystem partners.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200.00 to 220,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
