Are you a leader and subject matter expert in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Lead and mentor a project team of 5 to 10+ individuals from across the organization to cultivate and maintain a positive, high performing workplace culture.
The leader/Project Manager will help design, implement, and manage programs and strategies that enhance employee engagement, improve workplace dynamics, and align organizational values and goals. In this role the individual will also have responsibility to partner with corporate security and learning to provide training and resources to employees and leaders around workplace safety.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of progressive project management, workplace, and leadership experience.
+ Demonstrated successful leadership skills in program execution, people management and workplace transformation
+ Previous experience in needs assessment and solutioning to create virtual and remote workplace strategies to support a culture of safety.
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Demonstrated strategic focus combined with operational, analytical, and project management skills
+ Ability to work and be successful in a complex matrix environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
+ Leadership across broad workplace initiatives driving culture and security
+ Travel between 50% and 75% as required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Certification for Project Management and previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) are a plus.
The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
