As the Project Management Director, you will ensure the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Adventure Sports platform. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices to help streamline project workflows and improve overall efficiency. You will also provide support to project managers by offering guidance, tools, and resources to help them deliver projects on time and within budget.
This position reports to the President of Adventure Sports and is based out of Irvine, California.
As the Project Management Director, you will have an opportunity to:
Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Function as a central point of contact for project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Serve as the driving force behind project success by promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Draft new and improved existing project management office policies and processes.
Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification
You have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years’ experience in project management.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in fostering relationships across the team.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
