Job Summary: Maintains 24 hour accountability for departments/programs. Provides leadership and strategic direction consistent with the Corporate and Department/Program Mission,Vision and Values. Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. + Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). + Master’s degree in appropriate healthcare field from an accredited college or university required. + Professional nursing certification strongly preferred. + At least three years of progressive leadership responsibility in healthcare. + Thorough knowledge of leadership/management theories and applications.
