SUMMARY
The regional sales director reporting to the General Manager- CWS brand , is a key member of the Florida leadership team and is responsible for leading a group of territory sales managers with a goal of driving business growth, hitting key business metrics, leading a team, while also helping influence strategic decision making on helping grow market share for the brand in the state of Florida.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:
Manage and lead a team of talented territory sales managers:
-Lead and coach the team to accelerate market share growth by managing existing and new customers
-Balance the art and science in helping achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
-Coach and develop the team to help in their professional development
Business and P&L management
- Balance out customer, competitive and business lens to help drive profitable share growth
- Accelerate business development to onboard new customers to the brand
- Ability to understand key trends via data analysis to help define steps needed to accelerate share growth
Customer and Account(s) Management
- Engage, manage and accelerate customer stickiness by delivering a win-win partnership
- Manage multiple accounts and territories across the state of Florida while driving growth
- Generate programing tactics and strategies to manage customer growth in a competitive market
Sales Strategy and Enablement
- Develop a sales strategy plan to help elevate the brand value prop and drive growth for the brand
- Manage a sales and quota forecast by working cross functionally to deliver sales metrics
- Lead the team to help market, train on the brand competitive advantage to accelerate customer stickiness
Leadership Skills
-Lead weekly/monthly sales meetings with key stakeholders to inform on sales performance
-Be a prominent leader in the organization championing a growth mindset in the organization
-Work with key stakeholders cross functionally to define and influence key sales needs to drive growth
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Market Sales Managers and indirectly responsible for customer support. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree (M.BA) or equivalent and 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with B2B sales within the building industry a plus
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
