The Role:

• Lead the business strategy of the department, to ensure stable and long-term growth
• Build on current internal partnerships and develop new ones
• Expand the portfolio of services to meet business demands
• Collaborate with other teams within the Hub to provide clients with end-to-end service
• Engage with senior management to ensure alignment with business goals
• Deliver comprehensive reports, in-depth reviews, and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders
• Responsible for the department's financial performance, service quality, agility, and innovation
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations
• Manage overall planning, workload, retention, and recruitment needs
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Foster cohesion and a positive spirit

Requirements:

• Management experience on similar position
• Market research experience
• Excellent English language command– both written and spoken
• Proven track record in managing relationships with high-level stakeholders
• Expertise in managing large-scale projects
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Business judgement and decision-making skills
• Analytical and innovative problem-solving mindset
• Navigating a rapidly changing environment
• Prior research experience is considered a plus
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Bachelor degree ( Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences will be considered as a plus)
