Director, Revenue Cycle

A healthcare client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle. This person is responsible for managing the daily operations and objectives of the revenue cycle through process improvement, implementation, maintenance, and management of all revenue cycle business activities.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of successful change management initiatives and will posess strong leadership skills; the ability to build people up, set vision, drive initiatives, grow the team and develop others. The team is 30+ people and this person must be able to support both indirect and direct reports. This person will work closely with management and staff to continually drive process improvement, develop talent within the organization, and improve revenue cycle performance. The position requires initiative, dependability, empathy, and a commitment to continually improve workflow processes, team and individual performance, training material, and policy and procedure documents.
