Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience + 15 years of experience consulting, influencing, advising, and communicating with senior and executive leaders + Supply Chain operations experience in a manufacturing or operations environment including Supply Chain Risk, regulatory compliance, or business continuity Preferred qualifications: + Experience with global multi-dimensional regulatory compliance + Leadership experience in supply chain operations roles in global, product supply chains + Experience with senior stakeholder management, and ability to successfully influence, support agile decision making, and catalyze change across levels and organizational boundaries + Understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and related legal frameworks + Creative problem-solving and effective communication skills, with strong business acumen + Track record of driving complex, multi-dimensional initiatives from inception through landing As the Director, Risk and Compliance for Cloud Supply Chain Operations, you will be a critical thought partner to the supply chain leadership team, accountable and responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating all types of risk, driving resilience and business continuity, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our supply chain network and operations. Your scope covers the entire supply chain and you will work to identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including managing supplier compliance, conducting risk assessments, and implementing processes to maintain compliance across all stages of the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to product delivery. In this role, you will actively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Google Cloud and in Alphabet corporate leadership to manage risk, derive insights, and drive impact. You are responsible for influencing strategy, developing scalable implementation plans, and partnering globally to ensure the success of the business. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$340,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
