Summary of Role: Manages the identification, creation, and management of key-account/strategic business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities for the company. Manages individual contributors within the Alliance/Partnership area for the organization. Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships. Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Essential Responsibilities: + Develop, communicate and drive overall penetration and growth strategy for A&D accounts + Work closely with Field Applications Engineers to understand client roadmaps, and to identify and secure engagement opportunities + Develop and execute a strategic staffing plan to drive growth in the A&D End Market + Develop a high level of customer intimacy with client’s product development business units and sourcing teams. + Understanding and supporting GF to climb the value chain at our customers + Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs, and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders + Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level + Participate in operations, engineering and business review meetings + Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed Sales plan while providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting. + Perform all activities in a safe a n d responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs + Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills required + Written and verbal communications skills is necessary with the ability to Effectively Communicate with All Levels of an Organizational Structure Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: + Education – Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Related Discipline + 1 5 + years of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development r ole s in Semiconductor sector + 5+ years of experience working with defense industrial base + Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house) + Travel Requirements: 25% (Domestic) + Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., Or a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a) (3)," + Must be eligible to obtain and keep a SECRET level U.S. Government security clearance and cannot have dual citizenship + Proficient in business software applications (e.g., CRM, word processing, presentation, spreadsheets) + Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal) Preferred Qualifications: + MBA Preferred + 1 0 +Years Semiconductor Sales and Sales Management Experience + 10+ Years Sales experience with Aerospace and Defense Accounts + ASIC Sales and or Marketing Background Expected Salary Range $160,400.00 - $257,200.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
