**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Challenge current thinking and drive market analysis for top-line growth.
+ Ensure consistency and optimize sales processes across regions.
+ Enhance sales team skills through coaching and training modules.
+ Enable informed decision-making and strategy development.
+ Break down silos and connect regional teams to trainers for tools like SAP/BI/BW.
+ Align management cycle with operations and finance for transparency and accountability.
+ Collaborate with Sales Operations to enable effective sales tools.
+ Analyze, refine, and enable sales processes in the front-line Sales Organization.
+ Develop and organize learning content for sellers.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
+ 5+ years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.
+ Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.
+ Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.
+ Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value
