The Director of Strategic Enablement Programs is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for managing, implementing, and enabling strategic programs designed to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency aligned with the organization’s growth goals. Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, this individual will work cross-functionally to support our most strategic growth initiatives with the goals of developing and executing comprehensive enablement plans and roll-outs to ensure smooth Sales execution and adoption. This individual will work with sales leaders, pre-sales, product marketing, product managers, sales communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to sell our products effectively.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Lead the development and execution of enablement programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in operational and strategic enablement processes.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and success of enablement Programs.Partner with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations leaders, to ensure alignment and integration of enablement programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing insights and recommendations based on data and feedback.Oversee the lifecycle of strategic enablement initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and materials to enable adoption by our Sales organizationDrive organizational change initiatives by developing strategies to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies.Communicate effectively to ensure all levels of the organization understand the value and goals of strategic enablement efforts.Lead a team of enablement professionals to execute on strategic programs

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

10+ years of experience in strategic enablement, program management, or a related leadership role.Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale enablement programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience with change management methodologies and tools.Familiarity with enablement technologies and platforms, such as CRM, LMS, or project management software.
