**Job Summary**
The Federal Director of Sales Enablement is a leadership role focused on driving sales growth within Comcast Government Services, a rapidly expanding business unit targeting federal government contracts. The position involves designing and executing sales strategies, leading training programs, and collaborating across teams to ensure the sales force is equipped to succeed. It’s a strategic, cross-functional role that blends process improvement, team empowerment, and alignment with broader business goals.

**Core Responsibilities**

+ **Sales Strategy & Process Development**
+ You’d be tasked with creating and implementing sales strategies and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. This includes reducing process variation to simplify operations and improve outcomes.
+ There’s a methodical approach outlined: measuring processes, defining problems, conducting gap analyses, standardizing solutions, and driving continuous improvement. This suggests a structured, data-driven mindset is essential.
+ **Training & Development**
+ A big part of the role is assessing the sales team’s needs and building targeted training programs. You’d oversee the creation of these programs to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge to sell effectively.
+ Equipping the team with the right content, tools, and resources is a priority—think sales collateral, product info, and market insights.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ You’d work closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and business operations to align efforts and ensure everyone’s on the same page. This includes partnering with HR for change management and communication plans.
+ The role involves interacting with both field and corporate teams to secure buy-in and deliver cohesive solutions.
+ **Metrics & Accountability**
+ You’d define success metrics (e.g., sales performance, ROI on marketing efforts) and work with business ops to track and measure them. This indicates a results-oriented focus with an emphasis on proving impact.
+ **Leadership & Culture**

**Salary:**
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Maryland with a Pay Range of $132,014.93 - $216,881.67
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
