From yourPASSIONto ours The Director of Sales Finance and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for helping the business understand market and consumer dynamics and drive profitable growth?through pricing and?promotional strategy with a focus on making data-driven and business-informed recommendations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all Sales Finance Planning as well as RGM activities, routines, and key projects. This role ensures that trade spending is accurately forecasted in alignment with strategic guidelines, provides analytical support to Sales leadership to optimize customer strategies and plans, and ultimately drives Net Sales and Profit growth for LHD. Through close partnership with the LHD Executive Team and Sales Leadership, the Director of Sales Finance and Revenue Growth Management fosters a data-driven, analytical approach, and collaborates with sales leaders to ensure the effective execution of recommended strategies and plans. From yourEXPERTISEto ours Key responsibilities for this position include: + Lead the Sales Finance team to provide analytical support to the Sales organization, identifying opportunities and strategies to drive sales and profitability growth by: + Analyzing the financial outcomes of sales strategies, including budgeting and forecasting for sales departments, managing financial resources to achieve sales targets, and monitoring performance to identify financial risks and opportunities. + Conducting post-event ROI analyses and optimizing pricing and promotional strategies. + Preparing joint business plan investment proposals and strategic investment cases, followed by customer negotiations. + Performing customer-specific analyses to identify areas for improvement. + Leading monthly Customer P&L forecasting and reporting. + Analyzing non-working trade data trends, identifying trend drivers, and supporting action plans to address them. + Lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to provide analytical insights that optimize trade spending and mix management. Build best-in-class RGM tools and capabilities. + Provide leadership on pricing and promotional strategies to improve the effectiveness and ROI of trade investments. + Deliver scenario-based pro-forma P&L analyses for changes to existing customer promotional activities and for new products or customer placements. + Manage and report on post-promotional event analyses, leveraging ROI learnings to inform future activities. + Advise Sales and Marketing teams on price pack architecture and mix management to ensure the ideal product mix on shelves, maximizing portfolio effectiveness. + Develop and maintain financial controls to ensure the visibility and accuracy of monthly trade spend forecasts against budget targets. + Partner with Sales Planning during the annual planning process by validating year-over-year demand drivers, trade budgeting, and assisting in the development of initiatives to achieve targets. + Review and refine Sales Finance and Trade Management processes, implementing adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the LHD organization. + Own and develop holistic strategies that keep in mind the needs of the consumer and retailers. + Demonstrate a people-first leadership style that fosters effective management and development of a high performing team. + Build relationships with teams throughout the business to further their overall business knowledge and impact. + Remain informed about industry Requirements From yourSTORYto ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education and Experience + Bachelors degree in Retailing Operation, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters degree is preferred. + 10+ years consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience within a multinational business ideally in dairy Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Strong finance, sales, category planning and/or analytical background with strong expertise in the US CPG Retail Landscape + Understanding of consumer-focused pricing strategies and how they connect to product financial structures. + Experience working across marketing, sales, finance and operations teams to help drive strategic decisions. + Ability to independently plan and execute complex analysis. + A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities by analyzing data, anticipating market shifts, and developing proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge. + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams + Proficient in Excel, as well as BW, PowerBI, Powerpoint, and/or other design/presentation applications. Knowledge of the main business intelligence tools and trade management systems as well as familiarity with both primary consumer research and syndicated data sources (ex.
