The Sales Director will oversee and refine MCA’s integrated security sales strategy, ensuring revenue growth and team success across multiple regions. This leadership role emphasizes recruiting and developing top-tier talent, executing sales plans, and building enduring client relationships that position MCA as an industry leader.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with MCA's executive leadership to design and execute sales tools, training, and processes tailored to team success and to achieve organizational sales targets and business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on market potential based on market trend analysis.Sales Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to excel in multiple markets and verticals. Implement training and development initiatives to enhance the sales team's skill set and ensure continuous professional growth. Strategically support sales professionals in vertical market penetration and complex deal negotiations.Customer & Account Development: Strengthen relationships with key clients by participating in high-level customer meetings and strategic planning. Support sales teams in identifying and capturing opportunities with a focus on long-term account growth.Pipeline & Sales Management: Oversee the development and monitoring of pipelines and strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to drive revenue growth. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to maintain a diverse and robust sales portfolio, and identify and pursue new growth opportunities while optimizing existing customer relationshipsPerformance Management: Set sales targets for both the team and individuals, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide actionable feedback to drive improvement and accountability.Business Relationship Building: Help cultivate lasting customer relationships while reinforcing MCA’s reputation for delivering comprehensive security solutions. Drive collaboration across departments and divisions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Represent MCA at industry events and customer meetings.Operational Efficiency: Manage sales operations and the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring process efficiency. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and detailed reporting while offering insights and recommendations for improvement. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within integrated security or related industry.Proven track record of managing large, multi-regional sales teams.Skilled in using CRM and other tools for data-driven decision-making.Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to mentor and inspire teams toward achieving ambitious sales goals.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team management.
