Description Position at Ziff Davis

Ziff Davis is looking for a highly qualified, highly motivated Director Salesforce Administration.This role will be part of the Enterprise Applications group and will lead the teams supporting multiple Salesforce Orgs within Ziff Davis. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance teams, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for salesforce. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for implementing solutions and leading collaboration with different business units.  The ideal candidate will be a leader with a great track record of large complex Salesforce projects. This position is fully remote and flexible on location. Job Duties:Manage current Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments while assisting with the vision and standards for new Salesforce.com solutionsManage a team of internal and external Salesforce developers and adminsConsult on architectural approach with product and development teamsAct as a lead for all Salesforce integrations and Salesforce administrationResponsible for business and functional analysis, project management and risk analysisDevelop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflowLead new projects like Salesforce Lightning and CPQ rolloutLead data migration and data cleansing initiatives in SalesforceAssist with the training of new and existing usersMaintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrityParticipate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, marketing, and sales operationsAssist in the design & implementation of APIs and web-based interfacesLead in developing and supporting integrations with other enterprise systemsDevelop training materials and train users on Salesforce functionalityWork closely with business and outside vendors to provide the support for Ziff Davis’ business teamsWork closely with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements Qualifications:Over 12 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 6 years as a salesforce lead and architect supporting over 500 users at an enterprise level8+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce development including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and CommunitiesExcellent knowledge of the overall Salesforce landscape, Architecture and force.com platform, across Service, Sales, Community, Marketing, Analytics cloudsStrong knowledge of Visual force and Apex fundamentalsStrong knowledge of Lightning framework and developer consoleExperienced in Salesforce API integrationStrong experience with writing Apex Triggers, Dataloader and custom codeExperience working with business and technology leaders to solve complex business and systems problemsExperience leading teamsExcellent technical and communication skills to interface directly with stakeholders to design and deliver complex solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to Multi-task and lead multiple projectsStrong troubleshooting skills

Disclosure as required by state laws, the salary for this role has a range from $180,000 - $200,000, a potential bonus, health insurance, and 401K.
