Job Description

Cyberark is looking for a Director, EMEA Scale &Sales Development , to help achieve our next phase of growth and channel scale. In this critical role, you will lead the EMEA team of Sales Development Representatives and our Scale Sales Teams to achieve CyberArk’s new business growth plan. You will report to the President EMEA, and work closely with the VP of Sales, Channel, CRO, CMO, and other senior Sales and Marketing leaders. As a hands-on growth-oriented leader, you will build a world-class organization with responsibilities spanning strategy, inbound and outbound lead management, process, campaign development, coaching and enablement, and performance measurement.

 

Responsibilities:

Hire, train and manage team of SDRs and SDR Managers to help achieve and exceed sales goalsPartner with Marketing to align activities with marketing campaigns and provide critical feedback for the demand generation engineBuild trust and rapport with Sales leaders and field Account ExecutivesApply leading-edge methodologies and tools for B2B technology outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualificationHire and develop talent to fuel a strong pipeline of Account ExecutivesPartner with Revenue Operations to optimize performance using data-driven approachEstablish a culture that inspires achievement and impact, while having fun and working together to drive success for our customers, company, and employeesCreate scale and attract, progress and close new logos for CyberArk through strengthening and leveraging our extensive partner network.

Qualifications

 

7-10 years of experience in directly managing and leading Sales/ Channel Sales  & Business Development teams/individual quota carrying experience.3y+ as a 2nd level managerExperience working with Field Marketing Managers on campaigns in different regionsDemonstrated ability to hire, onboard and grow a high performing sales & inside teamExperience implementing and managing modern inside sales technology stack including sales engagement platform, coaching/gamification, and other toolsExperience in working in an indirect sales organisation as a 2nd line manager, and knowledge of executing GTM via channel, ideally across European mature markets like UK, Germany, France, Italy.Ability to inspire and coach Sales organizations through leading by example, coaching, sharing best practicesA proactive nature; you have experience moving personnel – finding and filling gaps and are constantly looking for improvementKnowledge of best practice B2B tech sales processes and technologiesExcellent verbal and written communications skills - external with customers and internally all levels within the organizationStrong organizational skills and drive for ownership and resultsAbility to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
