Director, Segment Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Marketing
The Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) focuses on B2B customer engagement by developing and executing go-to-market programs, marketing campaigns, and a field operating model. This ensures consistent, measurable execution and landing of priorities. The Account Team Unit (ATU) Sales Enablement team, which is part of the SE&O organization, accelerates revenue growth, boosts field agility, and delivers results with our field sellers by deepening our partnership with key stakeholders across our Americas ATU, Sale Excellence, and Commercial Executives. We will be focused on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making We're looking to hire a Director of Segment Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Marketing to manage and grow customer adoption at scale driven by deep industry domain, product truth, and partnership.   If you are a highly driven, motivated marketing or sales individual, come join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. Uses product, industry, market, and technical knowledge to develop competitive strategies, position value propositions, and tailor messaging for both internal and external audiences. Provides sales guidance and shares expertise with partners **Business Management** Develops and tracks business strategy for sustainable growth. Accountable for scorecard metrics and KPIs. Aligns with key stakeholders on strategic priorities and delivers data-driven insights. Identifies areas for adjustment to drive greater impact. **Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Planning, and Delivery** Develops and executes strategic GTM plans for assigned business lines, collaborating across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions. Defines and analyzes KPIs, aligns investments, and monitors growth opportunities. Drives competitive strategies and manages stakeholders to achieve market share gains and growth plans. **Field Enablement** Collaborates with sales to develop and implement sales programs, ensuring alignment with business results. Provides leadership and resources to equip the team and partners for success, addressing any issues that arise **Business Development** Supports the creation and pursuit of growth opportunities across products/services for Account Executive teams. Develops strategies to maximize performance and builds relationships with stakeholders to drive strategic impact and increase market share for Microsoft and partners **Other** + Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications**   + 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience. + 7+ years of enterprise experience with ANY combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product roadmaps; develop insights from market research; or related. + 5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization. **Additional** **or Preferred Qualifications**   + 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field + OR equivalent experience. + 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization. + Experience working with others to remove blockers and accelerate sales pipeline. + Understanding of Microsoft Cloud platform, or other public cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS technologies and how they translate into business impact.  Versed in cloud migration and modernization.   + Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud and datacenter infrastructure competitor landscape including AWS and GCP  + Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs  Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
