The Service Delivery Director for the Enterprise and Corporate Applications functions of Trustmark will play a crucial role as a strategic partner and technical subject matter expert. The director will collaborate closely with business leaders, IT executives, and internal as well as external stakeholders to drive the support and implementation of technology strategies, systems, and solutions that are essential to the success of the business, clients, and team members.
**Strategic Leadership:**
+ Act as a strategic services partner to shared service divisional leaders (HR, Finance, Legal, IT Tools, etc.) by consulting and creating technology strategies and IT best-practice solutions specific to shared services.
+ Represent the shared service function's interests to senior IT leadership.
**Technical Leadership:**
+ Serve as a point of contact for IT to shared service leadership teams (HR, Finance, Legal, IT Tools, etc.).
+ Work with these groups to deliver support, prioritize initiatives, drive integration strategies and delivery, create business cases, and define requirements for the shared service technology portfolio.
**Communications:**
+ Communicate directly with executive-level business unit and IT leadership, end users, and cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
+ Engage, develop trusting relationships, balance business support with IT best practices, drive consensus, and share decision-making and service delivery information with all stakeholders.
**Execution:**
+ Lead full end-to-end management of the portfolio of applications and tools for shared service functions.
+ Oversee relevant 3rd party vendor/managed service provider resources, contracts, relationship management, performance, and financial oversight as the accountable leader for service delivery execution.
**Innovation:**
+ Drive IT innovation and promote new technologies.
+ Provide proactive recommendations for technology and processes, drive change, and support others through new approaches.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6+ years relevant experience in IT, OR High School diploma or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience in IT.
+ Experience delivering service delivery and support for shared services applications and tools.
+ Demonstrated experience supporting 2 or more business areas.
+ Experience communicating directly with and advising non-technical senior business leaders as a technical subject matter/expert consultant.
+ Experience engaging enterprise architecture and software development teams to deliver technology roadmaps that enable business strategy.
+ Experience leading both internal and 3rd party/managed service provider/vendor-based teams to provide service delivery.
+ Experience with ServiceNow.
+ Experience leading delivery partners to deliver IT services such as Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics.
+ Experience with communication protocols like API, EDI, FTP, etc.
+ Experience with integration platforms/middleware like Globalscape, IBM ACE, EDIfecs, etc.
The salary range for this role is the following in Lake Forest, Illinois:
$100,158.00 - $186,008.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus. We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive salary within the market.
