**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the collection and analysis of data for all university entrepreneurship activities through Salesforce and database. Report findings internally and externally. Perform data analysis to drive strategic decision-making around program offerings and outcomes based on identified success metrics. Monitor progress of initiatives and institute corrective action as needed.
+ Serve as an advocate for entrepreneurship within the university and externally, promoting the center's initiatives and successes. Stay abreast of trends in entrepreneurship and contribute to thought leadership through publications, conferences, and collaborations.
+ Design and implement comprehensive programs to support entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and venture acceleration. Ensure programs and projects meet associated deliverables.
+ Engage students across disciplines to inspire entrepreneurial thinking, offer guidance, and facilitate connections with industry mentors and investors.
+ Forge partnerships with alumni, deans, university leaders, industry leaders, investors, and government entities to enhance resources available to aspiring entrepreneurs. Represent the Simone Center both internally and externally to further the organization’s strategic goals.
+ Oversee incubation programs, accelerators, and co-working spaces to nurture startup ventures and facilitate their growth.
+ Manage staffing within the Entrepreneurship Center effectively. Provide leadership, support to staff, including oversight of efforts related to recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, startup mentoring, venture capital, or related fields
+ Experience in entrepreneurship, startup mentoring, venture capital, or related fields. Experience as an entrepreneur, startup founder, or investor is advantageous.
+ Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
