As a Smart Manufacturing SMAI Strategy Director at Micron Technology, Inc., you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will look into applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

·       Define Smart MFG and Data Science roadmap around Quality, Process Modelling and Probe Ops

·       Lead and review requirement analysis and prioritization based on business needs and requirements for applications and solutions

·       Conduct regular sync up with key partners to share ideas and findings

·       Help defining and share roadmap on the latest technology / solution from SMTS and MFG IT that could potentially be utilized in your areas

·       Assess solutions capability within and outside of the company and influence new solution to be brought into the company

·       Work closely with multiple projects team to understand the status and help needed from cross functional team

·       Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

·       Managing competing resources and priorities

Requirements:

·       A bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business / Engineering / Computer Science or related field

·       Proven multi-year experience in leading Data Science organizations in the Semiconductor space and/ or FE/ TD teams in the semiconductor industry, ideally in Quality, Probe Ops or Process Modelling

·       Strong business acumen

·       Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

·       Excellent documentation & communication skills

·       Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

·       A history of leading and supporting successful projects and transformation
