**Director, Solution Management, Water** **Location:** This position is open to qualified applicants anywhere in the United States. We are flexible to home, hybrid, or office-based work, where available. **Position Summary:** The Industry Solutions Group (ISG) of Bentley Systems is looking for a seasoned water industry leader, who can drive our global business with water software Solutions. The role is accountable for the business success of the Solution portfolio in the water industry and requires strong business skills related to Go to Market strategies including market research, pricing, user segmentation, and user needs. Bentley Systems covers the whole infrastructure asset lifecycle with CAD, BIM, and Digital Twin Products and Solutions, based on our iTwin Platform. Bentley’s water software portfolio spans from water and wastewater network design to water resources management for owner/operators and engineering firms. Hence, this position is responsible for multiple water industry segments requiring multiple Solutions, based on a broad knowledge of the overall Bentley Solution and Product offering and a deep understanding of Bentley's corporate strategy, business objectives and vision. **Your Day-to-Day:** + Develop, propose, and drive major strategies to support business objectives targeted at specific industries and regions + Prepare, coordinate, and oversee execution of commercial strategies for Solutions by region or industry across multiple departments (Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, User Success, and Product groups) as well as 3rd party partners + Coordinate project execution for new cross-product line interoperability developments + Evangelize Bentley initiatives to user base and target industry events + Handle complex issues that require resolution at senior management level + Present high-level rationale and roadmap of Solutions to executives and establish appropriate game plan for product teams + Assist Industry Executive to identify, evaluate, and execute on new business opportunities + Find applications of emerging technology to related industries and update ‘build/partner/buy’ matrix. + This person will be reporting to the ISG Industry Executive, leading a small global team of water experts – mainly Solution Managers and Solution Specialists - and specifically but not only representing the ISG team in North America.
